With reference to the above, you are aware that the SBTET, AP is going to conduct Instant cum Advanced supplementary examinations as per the schedule i.e., from 21-06- 2018 to25-06-2018. The examinations are going to be conducted in only one examination centre in each district as mentioned below:

Hence, the principals/Chief Superintendents of the above institutions are requested to make necessary arrangements to conduct the examinations smoothly and are hereby instructed to follow the same rules and regulations of March/April’ 2018 Diploma examinations for conducting these instant examinations also. The answer scripts and the post examination material should be sent to the following address through lnsured Parcel only.

The answer scripts and the post examination material should be sent by one head of section from Govt. Polytechnic, Srikakulam and Govt. Polytechnic, Ananthapur, by engaging Innova on rental basis, after forenoon session exam is completed on 22-06-2018 and 23-06-2018.They are further instructed to collect the confidential material from the chief superintendents of various examination centres enrouted to Guntur as detailed below, and handover the same material at SBTET, Guntur immediately without fail.
