SBTET, AP – Diploma Examinations – Oct/Nov-2018 – Change of Examination centre – Reg
As per the notification issued by the SBTET regarding conduct of Diploma Examinations of Oct / Nov’2018, you are aware that the Diploma Examinations in Engg and Pharmacy for Regular/ Supplementary and backlog examinations are scheduled to be commenced from 23/10/2018. Hence all the Principals are hereby requested to give necessary instructions to their Heads of sections to upload the attendance particulars of the students into the student portal every fortnight i.e by 20th of the month for the first fortnight and 5th of next month for the second fortnight without fail.
Further, it is informed that, in some Polytechnics, less no. of candidates have attended the examination during Mar/April-2018 Diploma exams. It has become uneconomical and difficulties have been experienced while conducting the examinations at those centres. Hence, as per the resolution passed in the recently held academic meeting of the SBTET, vide ref. cited, it is decided to shift some of the examination centres to nearby Polytechnics for the Diploma examinations, Oct/Nov-2018 particularly, where less number of students are appearing. The details regarding the change of centre of examination will be intimated soon after finalisation of nominal rolls.
In this regard, All the Principals are requested to give wide publicity among the students regarding change of examination centre for the ensuing Diploma examinations,
